The Challenge
A1Living managed multiple rental properties without a consolidated view of their portfolio. Information was scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and different systems, making informed decision-making difficult.

We developed a centralized dashboard that integrates all data sources and provides key metrics in real-time: occupancy, revenue, pending maintenance, and availability calendar.
The Challenge
